Does everything appear online according to this overview, but your system still isn't working? Follow these steps:

Check your internet connection: Is the light on your gateway red? Check if your router is connected to the internet.
Restart your Gateway: Disconnect the power from your TaHoma or Connexoon for 30 seconds, then reconnect it.
Check the App Store: Check whether an update is available for the Somfy app on your smartphone.
Physical control: Did you know that during a disruption, many systems can still be operated using a physical remote control (such as the Situo or Smoove)?
